Carlos is considered one of the greatest left-backs in the history of football. He had a successful career playing for club teams such as Real Madrid and Inter Milan, as well as the Brazilian national team.
Carlos began his professional career with Brazilian club Palmeiras, making his debut in 1991. He quickly gained recognition for his attacking prowess and powerful left foot. He played for several clubs in Brazil before making a move to Europe in 1996, joining Inter Milan.
